International Entrepreneurship
Proposals and Goals
The MBA in International Entrepreneurship aims at providing current and future senior executive managers (C-level executives) the skills and competences for the internationalization of enterprises and businesses.
For that, the program offers tools and incentives to overcome organizational, intellectual and cultural barriers and enhance strategic goals by the inclusion of new process maturity standards, as well as enhance their performance by meeting distinct requirements from the existing ones. These competences place international entrepreneurs in the unique and privileged position to impact the company’s condition in order to:

1. Compensate for the seasonality of finance flows
2. Reduce the dependence on internal speculative investments
3. Explore fiscal compensation policies
4. Explore governmental incentives
5. Develop and explore gains in scale and production scope
6. Develop complementary gains with the current installed capacity
7. Transform the company for new efficiency standards
Target-Public
The MBA in International Entrepreneurship was specially designed for professionals who have or will have the role of decision-making in the identification, planning and execution of international businesses, with responsibility over internal finance, legal, productive or commercial processes, as well as the outsourcing of specialized services together with business strategy issues - such as the one regarding the forms and types of international transportation, intermediation and load insurance.
